Datasensing AM1/CP-2H Sensors

The Datasensing AM1/CP-2H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of applications. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.2mm, these sensors are ideal for precise proximity detection. The standard target size is 12x12mm FE360, with correction factors for different materials such as copper (0.41), aluminium (0.47), brass (0.56), and stainless steel (1.15). These sensors boast a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. With a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%, they ensure reliable performance. The sensors operate with a PNP output type and a normally closed (NC) output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 2kHz. They require an operating voltage of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. Designed for durability, the sensors feature a nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, with a robust IP67 degree of protection. They are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. The sensors are easy to install with M12 plug connections and come with two M12x1 nuts for secure mounting. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are suitable for various environments. They are CE and UR approved, ensuring compliance with international standards, and are compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 for EMC. The sensors are also designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
