The Datasensing AM6/AN-3A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M12 short case flush mount, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.2mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, ensuring easy monitoring.
Constructed with durable nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a high degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensors are shielded for secure mounting and come with a 2m PVC cable for convenient connectivity.
With a switching frequency of 2kHz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors provide efficient performance with a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. They feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable operation in demanding conditions.
The Datasensing AM6/AN-3A Sensors are compatible with a wide range of materials, with correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. They are CE and UR approved, meeting EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Supplied with two M12x1 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate installation and use.
