The Datasensing AM6/AP-3C8F Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M12 short unshielded design, these sensors operate with a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating range of 0 to 3.2mm. They are optimized for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360, with correction factors for various materials such as copper (0.33), aluminium (0.4), brass (0.5), and stainless steel (1.05). Engineered for stability, the sensors exhibit a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, ensuring consistent performance. With a switching frequency of 2kHz, these sensors are suitable for high-speed applications. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1.8V @200mA, and the sensors feature a yellow LED indicator for output state. Built with robust nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the sensors are designed for durability and are IP67 rated for mechanical protection. They include short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. The sensors are equipped with a 2m PUR cable with a 90° output for flexible installation. They are CE and UR approved, ensuring compliance with international standards, and are compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 for EMC. The sensors are also tested for vibration and shock resistance according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Supplied with two M12x1 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate integration into your system.
