The Datasensing AM6/CP-4HAN Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. Featuring an M12 unshielded short case, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally closed (NC) output function, ensuring reliable operation with a switching frequency of 2kHz.
Constructed with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering mechanical protection rated at IP67. They are designed to operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
The AM6/CP-4HAN Sensors are equipped with advanced protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. The sensors also feature a yellow LED indicator for output state, ensuring easy monitoring. With a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA, these sensors are energy-efficient and reliable.
The sensors are approved with CE and UR certifications and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. They are supplied with two M12x1 nuts for easy installation and have a tightening torque of 10Nm. The sensors are compatible with a variety of materials, with correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, ensuring versatile application.
