The Datasensing AT1/0P-2H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a robust M30 unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and provide both normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) output functions, ensuring versatile operation.
Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the AT1/0P-2H Sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an IP67 degree of protection against dust and water ingress. They are capable of operating within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, ensuring reliable performance in diverse conditions. The sensors feature a high switching frequency of 200Hz and are protected against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
The sensors come with an M12 plug connection for easy integration and are supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure mounting. With a compact design measuring M30 x 1.5 / L = 76mm and weighing 150g, these sensors are easy to install and maintain. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state, enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, the sensors are compliant with CE and UR approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards as per IEC 60947-5-2, ensuring they meet high safety and performance standards.
