Datasensing AT1/AP-3A86 Sensors

The Datasensing AT1/AP-3A86 Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M30 shielded design, these sensors operate with a NO/PNP output type and are equipped with a 5-meter axial PVC cable for versatile installation. With a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 45x45mm FE360. The sensors offer excellent correction factors for various materials, including copper (0.35), aluminium (0.45), brass (0.50), and stainless steel (0.70). Engineered for stability, they exhibit a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, ensuring consistent performance. With a switching frequency of 200Hz and an operating voltage between 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors are suitable for a wide range of applications. They feature a no-load supply current of ? 20mA, a load current of ? 400mA, and a leakage current of ? 10?A, with an output voltage drop of ? 1V at 400mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, and they include essential protections such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, they are robust and durable, with a tightening torque of 50Nm. The sensors are CE and UR approved, EMC compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27. They come with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure mounting and offer mechanical protection rated at IP67, making them suitable for harsh environments with operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C.
