Datasensing AT1/BP-3A Sensors

The Datasensing AT1/BP-3A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M30 shielded design, these sensors offer both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) PNP output functions, ensuring versatile application capabilities. With a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 45x45mm FE360. The sensors exhibit a correction factor of 0.35 for copper, 0.45 for aluminum, 0.50 for brass, and 0.70 for stainless steel, making them adaptable to various materials. Engineered for stability, the sensors maintain a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. They feature a hysteresis range of 1 to 20% and a switching frequency of 200Hz, suitable for dynamic environments. Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, they consume a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and support a load current of up to 400mA, with a leakage current of ? 10?A and an output voltage drop of ? 1V at 400mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, and they ensure safety with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. Designed for flush mounting, they are constructed from durable nickel-plated brass with a PBT active head, and they come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation. With a mechanical protection rating of IP67, they are built to withstand harsh conditions, operating effectively in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensors are CE and UR approved, compliant with EMC standard IEC 60947-5-2, and resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate deployment in demanding industrial applications.
