The Datasensing AT1/CP-1B Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a robust M30 shielded NC/PNP configuration, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating distance of 0 to 8.1mm, making them ideal for a variety of industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a standard target size of 30x30mm FE360 and provide correction factors for different materials, including copper (0.35), aluminium (0.45), brass (0.50), and stainless steel (0.75). Engineered for durability, the AT1/CP-1B Sensors boast complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They are designed to withstand harsh environments with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensors are housed in nickel-plated brass with an active head made of PBT, ensuring long-lasting performance. With a switching frequency of 200Hz and a no-load supply current of ? 20mA, these sensors are efficient and reliable. They feature a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a time delay before availability of ?100ms. The sensors are compatible with a wide range of models, including standard, long distance, and ATEX models available on request. They also offer models with complementary output (NO + NC) and are available with cable, M12, and plug cable exit options. The AT1/CP-1B Sensors are easy to install with a shielded mounting design and come with supplied accessories, including two nuts M30x1.5. They are CE UR approved and meet EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, ensuring they meet the highest quality and safety standards.
