The Datasensing AT1/CP-2A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring an M30 unshielded design with a normally closed (NC) PNP output, these sensors are equipped with a 2-meter axial cable for easy installation. They offer a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, making them suitable for detecting standard targets of 45x45mm FE360.
Engineered with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material, the AT1/CP-2A sensors ensure durability and longevity, even in harsh environments. They are protected against electrical damages with features like short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a low no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current capacity of ? 400mA.
The AT1/CP-2A sensors are designed to withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and are compliant with CE and UR approvals, ensuring high standards of safety and performance. With a degree of protection rated at IP67, these sensors are resistant to dust and water ingress, making them ideal for demanding industrial settings. Additionally, they come with supplied accessories, including two M30x1.5 nuts, for secure mounting.
