Datasensing AT6/AN-1A Sensors

The Datasensing AT6/AN-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an M30 shielded short housing, these inductive sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating range of 0 to 8.1mm. The sensors are equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy connectivity and are constructed with durable nickel-plated brass housing, ensuring longevity and resistance to harsh environments. With a standard target size of 30x30mm FE360, the sensors provide a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.41), aluminium (0.47), brass (0.52), and stainless steel (0.84). The thermal drift of Sr is maintained at less than 10%, and the repeat accuracy is within 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The sensors feature a hysteresis range of 1 to 20% and a switching frequency of 200Hz, making them suitable for high-speed applications. Operating on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, the sensors have a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and can handle a load current of up to 400mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1V @400mA, and the sensors are equipped with comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. The sensors are designed for flush mounting with a tightening torque of 50Nm and are rated for an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. They are IP67 rated for mechanical protection, ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress. The sensors come with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure installation and are approved with CE and cULus certifications, ensuring compliance with international standards. Additionally, they are compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 for EMC and have been tested for vibration and shock resistance according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
