Datasensing AT6/AN-1H Sensors

The Datasensing AT6/AN-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a compact M30 shielded short housing, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating distance of 0 to 8.1mm, making them ideal for proximity detection tasks. The sensors are equipped with an NPN output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring efficient signal processing with a switching frequency of 200Hz. Constructed with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, the AT6/AN-1H Sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a high degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensors are designed to handle electrical challenges with complete protection against short-circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads. The sensors feature a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and are compatible with M12 plug connections for easy integration. With a repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%, these sensors ensure consistent performance. Additionally, they are CE and cULus approved, meeting EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. The AT6/AN-1H Sensors are available in a variety of models, including those with complementary outputs (NO + NC) and ATEX category 3 models upon request. They come with supplied accessories, including two M30x1.5 nuts, and are designed for easy installation with a tightening torque of 50Nm.
