The Datasensing BS6/00-0C Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection function with a nominal sensing distance of 400mm, these sensors are ideal for medium-distance applications up to 600mm. The sensors offer a high sensing range and are equipped with a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment, ensuring optimal performance in various environments.
With a robust design, the BS6/00-0C sensors are completely filled with resin, providing enhanced durability and protection against harsh conditions. The housing is made of ABS material, and the active head is constructed from PMMA, ensuring long-lasting performance. The sensors are equipped with a 2m PVC cable with a 90° exit, or an optional M12 plug exit for flexible installation.
The multifunctional DECOUT® output and logic connection possibilities allow for versatile integration into different systems. The sensors support both NPN/PNP and NO/NC selectable output types, with a switching frequency of 80Hz and a response time of 6.25ms. They operate on a voltage range of 10
30VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ? 25mA and a load current of ?100mA.
Designed to withstand challenging environments, the BS6/00-0C sensors offer short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as resistance to external light interference up to 10,000 lux. The sensors are CE approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2. They are also protected against shocks and vibrations according to IEC standards, with an IP65 degree of protection.
The sensors come with supplied accessories, including ST01 mounting brackets and screws, for easy installation. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The LED status indicator provides clear output status, ensuring easy monitoring and maintenance.
