The Datasensing BX80A/3P-1H Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring a robust aluminium enclosure ideal for high-duty applications. With a controlled height of 70 mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters, these sensors are equipped with a microprocessor-based circuit for enhanced performance. The sensitivity adjustment feature allows for precise detection, while the strong cubic housing ensures long-lasting use. This special version includes a metallic enclosure, providing complete protection against electrical damages with an IP67 protection degree. The sensor operates on a voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC, with a nominal sensing distance of 0 to 1 meter and a thermal drift of Sr ?10%. It features a beam spacing of 6mm and can detect objects with a minimum diameter of 6mm, utilizing 12 rays for accurate detection. The output type is PNP with NO/NC functionality, and it boasts a quick response time of 3ms. The sensor is equipped with LED indicators for power, alignment, and output state, ensuring easy monitoring. Additional features include short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensor is designed to withstand external light interference up to 1,500 lux from incandescent lamps and 4,500 lux from sunlight. It is built to endure operating temperatures from -25°C to +50°C and can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C. The sensor is CE and cULus approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards. It also meets the shocks and vibrations requirements of IEC EN 60947-5-2. The Datasensing BX80A/3P-1H Sensors come with supplied accessories, including two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90° angled bracket, making installation straightforward. With its PBT housing material and PC active head material, this sensor is built to last, providing reliable performance in demanding environments.
