The Datasensing CR1/BN-1V Sensors are advanced retroreflective polarized area sensors designed for precise object detection and area monitoring. With a controlled height of 149 mm and a maximum operative distance of up to 4.5 meters, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring high accuracy and reliability. They feature a minimum object detection diameter of 6 mm and offer two teach-in types for sensitivity adjustment: fine and standard. The optical pitch is 10 mm, ensuring precise detection across the area.
These sensors are equipped with a robust NPN output type with both NO and NC output functions, operating at a switching frequency of 320Hz. They support an operating voltage range of 12 to 30 VDC and have a no-load supply current of 135mA. The sensors are designed with a high degree of protection, including IP67 rating, short-circuit protection with autoreset, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
The housing is made of durable aluminum, with an active head material of PMMA, ensuring longevity and resistance to environmental factors. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for power supply alignment and dark/light status, providing clear visual feedback.
