The Datasensing CT1/CN-1H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These capacitive sensors feature a nominal sensing distance ranging from 2 to 15mm, with a thermal drift of Sr less than 20% and a repeat accuracy of 10%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using the built-in trimmer, ensuring optimal performance tailored to your needs.
Housed in durable nickel-plated brass, these sensors boast an IP65 protection degree, safeguarding against dust and water ingress. The robust design includes complete protection against electrical damages, with features such as short-circuit protection with autoreset, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
The CT1/CN-1H Sensors operate with an NPN output type and a normally closed (NC) output function, supporting a switching frequency of 100Hz. They are compatible with an operating voltage of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 8mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors also feature a low output voltage drop of 0.75/1.8V max at IL=10/200 mA, ensuring efficient power usage.
For ease of installation, the sensors come with an M12 plug connection and are supplied with a screwdriver and two M30 nuts. The axial cable exit or M12 plug cable exit options provide flexibility in mounting, while the green LED power indicator and red LED object detection indicator offer clear visual feedback.
