The Datasensing CX2E0RF/05-016V Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. This area sensor kit features a compact design with a controlled height of 160mm and a beam spacing of 5mm, making it ideal for detecting objects as small as Ø 2.5mm. With a nominal sensing distance ranging from 0.3 to 3 meters, it ensures accurate detection over a wide range. The sensor operates on a voltage range of 16.8 to 30Vdc and offers both digital (PNP) and analogue (0...10V) outputs, providing flexibility in integration.
The CX2E0RF/05-016V Sensors are equipped with advanced features such as teach-in sensitivity adjustment, automatic cross beams, and a blanking function for enhanced performance. The synchronization is achieved through a single cable, and the sensor supports a maximum operating distance of up to 3 meters for a 5mm pitch. It is protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage, ensuring durability and safety in demanding environments.
Constructed with a robust aluminium housing and PMMA active head material, the sensor is designed to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -10°C to +55°C and an IP67 protection rating.
