The Datasensing DMP/0N-1H25 Sensors are high-performance photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 2.5 meters, these sensors utilize a polarized function principle, ensuring accurate detection even in challenging environments. The sensors feature an NPN output type with L/D selectable functionality, allowing for versatile application.
Engineered with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and PMMA active head material, the sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions, offering an IP67 mechanical protection rating. They are equipped with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, ensuring durability and safety in operation. The sensors operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current capacity of ?100mA.
The DMP/0N-1H25 Sensors boast a high switching frequency of 400Hz and a rapid response time of 1.25ms, making them ideal for fast-paced industrial applications. They are designed to resist interference from external light sources, withstanding up to 3,000 lux from incandescent lamps and 10,000 lux from sunlight.
Additional features include LED indicators for status output, impulsive overvoltage protection, and compliance with EMC standards EN 60947-5-2. The sensors come with a 2-meter PVC cable connection and are supplied with M12 x 1 nuts for easy installation. Suitable for a wide temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are CE and cULus approved, ensuring they meet international safety and performance standards.
