The Datasensing FAI5/BN-3A Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a 90° diffuse reflection function, these sensors are ideal for short-distance applications up to 200mm. With a robust metal housing and a 2-meter axial cable, they ensure durability and flexibility in various industrial environments. The sensors operate on a 10...30 VDC power supply and offer NPN NO+NC output functions, providing versatile integration options. Equipped with a radial optic position and a flat surface, the FAI5/BN-3A models are perfect for detecting transparent objects, thanks to their retro-reflective capabilities and red emission. They boast an IP67 protection degree, ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress, making them suitable for harsh conditions. The sensors also feature sensitivity adjustment, total protection against electric damages, and are CE and cULus listed for compliance and safety. With a high switching frequency of 250Hz and a rapid response time of 2ms, these sensors deliver quick and accurate performance. They are designed to withstand thermal drift of ?10% Sr and maintain a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring and offer comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, overvoltage, and reverse polarity protection. Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and a PC active head material, the FAI5/BN-3A sensors are built to last.
