The Datasensing FAL4/0N-1E Sensor is a high-performance photoelectric sensor designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 axial laser with diffuse reflection, it offers an adjustable nominal sensing distance of 300mm, making it ideal for medium-distance applications up to 600mm. The sensor boasts a repeat accuracy of 5% and a sensitivity adjustment via teach-in, ensuring optimal performance in various environments.
Equipped with an NPN L/D selectable output, the FAL4/0N-1E provides a switching frequency of 800Hz and a rapid response time of 625µs. It operates efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensor's robust design includes short-circuit and overvoltage protection, as well as reverse polarity protection, ensuring durability and longevity.
Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and a glass/PC active head, the sensor is built to withstand harsh conditions, with an IP67 mechanical protection rating. It is resistant to shocks and vibrations, compliant with IEC standards, and approved by CE and cULus. The sensor is also equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring and comes with supplied accessories, including M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver.
