The Datasensing FARN/BP-0AAN Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in industrial environments. With a nominal sensing distance of 4 meters and a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr, these sensors ensure consistent performance. The polarized function principle, combined with an axial optic position, allows for accurate detection using the RL110 reflector. The sensors feature a PNP NO+NC output type, offering both normally open and normally closed output functions, with a switching frequency of 250Hz and a rapid response time of 2ms.
Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, the sensors maintain a no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?100mA, with a minimal output voltage drop of ?2V at full load. The robust design includes short-circuit protection with autoreset, overvoltage, and reverse polarity protection, ensuring durability and safety. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring and can withstand interference from external light sources up to 5000lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000lux (sunlight).
Constructed with a durable PBT/PC housing and a PMMA active head, the sensors are designed to endure harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and mechanical protection rated at IP67. The package includes M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver for easy installation.
