The Datasensing FGRHD/0N-0A Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These compact cubic sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 50 meters, making them ideal for long-range detection tasks. Equipped with a potentiometer for sensitivity adjustment, the sensors allow for precise calibration with a 2-turn position indicator on the emitter.
The sensors operate on a 10 to 30VDC power supply and offer selectable NPN L/D output functions, ensuring flexibility in integration with different systems. With a high switching frequency of 1kHz and a rapid response time of 500µs, these sensors are built for fast-paced environments. The robust design includes short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and longevity.
The FGRHD/0N-0A Sensors are equipped with dual multifunction LED indicators for power and status output, providing clear visual feedback. The housing is made from durable ABS material, with an active head constructed from PMMA, ensuring reliable performance in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +55°C. The sensors are protected against environmental factors with an IP67 rating, making them suitable for harsh conditions.
Additional features include background suppression models with ranges of 310 mm and 600 mm, reflex polarized sensitivity adjustment up to 12 m, and a maximum interference resistance to external light of 10,000 Lux. The sensors come with a 2-meter PVC cable for easy installation and are supplied with a mounting bracket for secure placement.
