The Datasensing FMM1/AP-3H Sensors are robust inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. Featuring a full metal M12 construction, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 3mm and an operating range of 0 to 2.43mm, making them ideal for applications requiring close proximity detection. The sensors are equipped with a PNP/NO output type and a convenient M12 plug exit for easy connectivity.
Built with AISI316L stainless steel, the FMM1/AP-3H sensors ensure durability and resistance to harsh conditions, including temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. They are shielded for flush mounting and provide excellent protection against short circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads. The sensors boast a high switching frequency of 200Hz and a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA, ensuring efficient performance.
With a high degree of protection rated at IP68 and IP69K, these sensors are suitable for use in environments exposed to dust, water, and high-pressure cleaning. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state, while the sensors' EMC compatibility with IEC 60947-5-2 ensures reliable operation in electrically noisy environments. Supplied with two M12x1 nuts, the FMM1/AP-3H sensors are ready for immediate installation and use.
