The Datasensing IL1/AN-3AVF80 is a high-performance inductive sensor designed for precision and reliability. This shielded sensor features an NPN NO output with a 200mm cable and a 90° M8 plug, making it ideal for various industrial applications. With a compact size of 10.3x28x16mm, it offers a nominal sensing distance of 3mm and operates effectively within a range of 0 to 2.4mm. The sensor is optimized for standard targets of 12x12mm FE360, with correction factors for different materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. It boasts a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C. The sensor's hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, and it supports a switching frequency of 3kHz. Operating on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, it ensures low power consumption with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 300mA.
