The Datasensing IL8/AN-1A Sensors are compact, cubic inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. With a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring high accuracy. The IL8 series features an 8x8mm sensing head positioned at the top, ensuring optimal detection. Constructed with durable AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 protection. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are equipped with a 2m axial PUR cable for easy installation. The sensors support NPN-NO output with a switching frequency of up to 5kHz, and include features like short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The blue LED indicator provides a clear output state, while the shielded mounting ensures reliable performance.
