The Datasensing LTB/0P-0C Sensors are advanced photoelectric contrast scanners designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a white light emission, these sensors are equipped with a PNP cable extending 2 meters at a 90° angle, ensuring versatile installation options. With a nominal sensing distance of 12mm using STF-12 and 25mm with SFT-25, they offer exceptional sensitivity adjustment and a short response time of just 50 µs. The sensors boast LO/DO selectable outputs and a robust IP65 protection degree, providing complete protection against electrical damages.
Engineered for efficiency, the sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?100mA. They feature a switching frequency of 10kHz and a response time of 50 µs, making them ideal for high-speed applications. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for output status and power, and offer short-circuit and reverse polarity protection.
Constructed with durable PBT housing and PMMA active head material, these sensors are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -5°C to +55°C. They are CE approved and EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2 standards, ensuring high performance and reliability in various industrial environments. Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate integration, with additional focalizers available for order separately.
