The Datasensing MP4/00-1H Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection function with a nominal sensing distance of 400mm, these sensors are ideal for short-distance applications up to 200mm. The sensor's robust construction includes a nickel-plated brass housing and a PMMA active head, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments with an IP67 mechanical protection rating. Equipped with a radial 90° optic position and an M18 right-angle design, the MP4/00-1H offers flexibility in installation. The sensor supports both NPN and PNP output types, with selectable NO/NC output functions, providing versatility for various applications. It operates efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current capacity of ?100mA. The sensor's performance is enhanced by a high switching frequency of 80Hz and a rapid response time of 6.25ms, making it suitable for fast-paced environments. It features LED infrared emission at 880nm and is equipped with red LED indicators for status output. The sensor is designed to withstand external light interference up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. The sensor is compliant with CE and cURus approvals and meets EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2. It is also resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
