The Datasensing MPE/00-0E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These sensors feature a right-angle M18 emitter with a durable plastic connection, compatible with M12 plugs. They offer a wide range of detection models, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, catering to diverse sensing needs.
The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while the retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for enhanced accuracy. The right-angle optic models (MP) and background suppression models with fixed distance provide versatile solutions for complex environments. All through-beam models come equipped with a check function, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Engineered for complete protection against electrical damage, these sensors operate within a nominal sensing distance of 16m (MPR) and 32m (MPD), with a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. They require no sensitivity adjustment and function as emitters with a radial 90° optic position. Operating on a voltage range of 10
30VDC, they consume a no-load supply current of ? 15mA and feature a red LED indicator for power status.
The sensors are designed to withstand harsh conditions, with short-circuit and overvoltage protection, and can handle external light interference up to 3000lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000lux (sunlight). They are built with a robust PBT/PC housing and PMMA active head material, ensuring durability and longevity. With an IP67 degree of protection, they are resistant to shocks and vibrations, making them suitable for demanding industrial environments.
