The Datasensing MPE/00-0E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These sensors feature a right-angle M18 emitter with a durable plastic connection, compatible with M12 plugs. They offer a wide range of detection models, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, catering to diverse sensing needs. The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while the retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for enhanced accuracy. The right-angle optic models (MP) and background suppression models with fixed distance provide versatile solutions for complex environments. All through-beam models come equipped with a check function, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Engineered for complete protection against electrical damage, these sensors operate within a nominal sensing distance of 16m (MPR) and 32m (MPD), with a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. They require no sensitivity adjustment and function as emitters with a radial 90° optic position. Operating on a voltage range of 10…30VDC, they consume a no-load supply current of ? 15mA and feature a red LED indicator for power status. The sensors are designed to withstand harsh conditions, with short-circuit and overvoltage protection, and can handle external light interference up to 3000lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000lux (sunlight). They are built with a robust PBT/PC housing and PMMA active head material, ensuring durability and longevity. With an IP67 degree of protection, they are resistant to shocks and vibrations, making them suitable for demanding industrial environments. Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts, these sensors are easy to install and maintain, operating efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C without freezing. They are CE cURus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2, ensuring safety and reliability in every application.
