The Datasensing MS2/00-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. This photoelectric sensor features a diffuse reflection function with a nominal sensing distance of 100mm, making it ideal for short-distance detection tasks. The sensor is equipped with a 2-meter axial cable and housed in durable nickel-plated brass, ensuring robust performance and longevity.
With a wide range of models available, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, the MS2/00-1A offers versatility to meet diverse sensing needs. The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for enhanced accuracy. Additionally, models with right-angle optics and fixed distance background suppression are available.
The sensor's output type is Decout NPN/PNP selectable with NO/NC options, providing flexibility in integration. It operates efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?100mA. The device features a switching frequency of 80Hz and a response time of 6.25ms, ensuring quick and reliable performance.
Built to withstand challenging environments, the MS2/00-1A is protected against electrical damage, short circuits, and overvoltage. It is also resistant to external light interference, withstanding up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. The sensor is CE cURus approved and EMC compatible, adhering to EN 60947-5-2 standards.
