The Datasensing MSC/00-0E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for a variety of applications. These retroreflective sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4.5 meters and are equipped with a robust plastic connector (M12) for easy installation. With a wide range of models available, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, these sensors provide versatile solutions for different sensing needs.
The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while the retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for enhanced accuracy. For applications requiring specific optical configurations, models with right angle optics (MP) are available. The background suppression models feature a fixed distance for reliable performance.
All through-beam models come with a check function to ensure optimal operation, and the sensors are fully protected against electrical damage. The MSC/00-0E Sensors feature a repeat accuracy of 5% and do not require sensitivity adjustment, making them user-friendly and efficient.
These sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a load current of ?100mA. They are equipped with short-circuit protection, overvoltage protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection for enhanced durability. The sensors are designed to withstand external light interference up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight.
Constructed with a durable PBT/PC housing and PMMA active head material, the MSC/00-0E Sensors are built to last. They are CE cURus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards (EN 60947-5-2). With an IP67 degree of protection, these sensors are resistant to dust and water ingress, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments. The sensors are also designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
