The Datasensing MSC/00-1E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for a variety of applications. These retroreflective sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4.5 meters and are equipped with a robust metal housing and M12 connection for durability and ease of installation. The sensors feature a wide range of models, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, catering to diverse sensing needs. The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while the retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for precise detection. Right angle optic models (MP) and background suppression models with fixed distance are also available, ensuring versatility in application. All through-beam models come with a check function for added reliability. Engineered for complete protection against electrical damage, these sensors include short-circuit protection with auto-reset, overvoltage protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensors are designed to withstand external light interference up to 3000 lux from incandescent lamps and 10000 lux from sunlight. With a compact design measuring M18 x 1 /L =93mm and weighing 100g, the sensors are constructed from nickel-plated brass with a PC plug, and the active head is made of PMMA. They are rated for an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and offer mechanical protection with an IP67 rating, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments. The sensors are CE cURus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2, withstanding shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate deployment in your sensing applications.
