The Datasensing MSE/00-1A Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for a variety of applications. These sensors offer a wide range of models, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, catering to diverse sensing needs. The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while the retro-reflective models feature red visible polarized light for enhanced detection accuracy. For applications requiring specific angles, models with right angle optics (MP) are available, and background suppression models come with a fixed distance feature.
All through-beam models include a check function, ensuring reliable performance and complete protection against electrical damage. With a nominal sensing distance of 16m (MSR) and 32m (MSD), these sensors maintain a thermal drift of Sr at ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The emitter function principle, axial optic position, and LED infrared emission (880nm) ensure precise operation, while the red LED indicator signals power ON status.

30VDC and a no-load supply current of ? 15mA, these sensors are equipped with short-circuit protection (autoreset) and overvoltage protection. They are designed to withstand external light interference up to 3000lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000lux (sunlight), with impulsive overvoltage protection for added safety.
Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and PC cable exit, the sensors are robust and durable, featuring an IP67 degree of protection. The active head material is PMMA, and the sensors come with a 2m PVC cable connection. With dimensions of M18 x 1 /L =78.9mm and a weight of 130g, they are compact yet powerful. The sensors are approved by CE cURus and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2. They are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments. Supplied with nuts M18 x 1, these sensors are ready for installation and operation in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C (without freeze).
