The Datasensing MSE/X0-1H Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable performance. Featuring a robust nickel-plated brass housing with a PMMA active head, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering an IP67 mechanical protection rating. With a nominal sensing distance of 16m (MSR) and 32m (MSD), they ensure accurate detection over long ranges. The emitter operates with an LED infrared emission at 880nm, providing excellent interference resistance to external light sources, including 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. The sensor's axial optic position and M12 connection make it versatile for various applications. It includes a check input feature, allowing for emission control with a voltage range of 4.5 to 30VDC. The device is equipped with short-circuit and overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety. The red LED indicator signals power status, and the sensor is ready for operation within 200ms of power-up. Engineered for stability, the MSE/X0-1H maintains a thermal drift of Sr at ?10% and a repeat accuracy of 5%. It operates efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?35mA and a maximum ripple content of ?10%. The sensor is compliant with CE and cURus approvals and meets EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2. It is also designed to withstand vibrations and shocks as per IEC standards, making it a reliable choice for industrial applications. Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts, the sensor is easy to install and secure with a tightening torque of 25Nm.
