The Datasensing PFM1/BP-2H Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring an M12 unshielded standard with NO+NC/PNP connection. Encased in robust AISI 316L stainless steel, these sensors offer exceptional protection with IP67, IP68, and IP69K ratings, ensuring reliability in harsh environments. The LED status indicator provides clear operational feedback, while the sensor's advanced protection mechanisms guard against electrical damages, short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage. With a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating range of 0 to 3.24mm, these sensors are ideal for proximity functions. They accommodate a standard target size of 12x12mm FE360 and offer correction factors for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensor maintains high accuracy with a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and repeat accuracy under 5%. Operating at a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, the sensor supports a load current of up to 200mA and features a switching frequency of 2kHz. The M12 plug connection and PPS active head material ensure secure and efficient installation. With approvals from CE, cULus, ECOLAB, and DIVERSEY, and compliance with EMC standards IEC 60947-5-2, these sensors are built to withstand vibrations and shocks as per IEC standards.
