The Datasensing QMI9/0P-0AVE80 Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a miniature cubic design, these sensors utilize diffuse reflection with a long-distance sensing capability of up to 1.5 meters, making them ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors operate using infrared LED emission at 850nm, ensuring high performance even in challenging lighting conditions, with interference resistance up to 3000 lux for incandescent lamps and 10000 lux for sunlight.
Equipped with a PNP L/D selectable output, the QMI9/0P-0AVE80 offers a switching frequency of 1kHz and a rapid response time of 500µs, ensuring quick and accurate detection. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted via a trimmer, allowing for customization based on specific needs. The sensor's robust construction includes a PA66 housing and PMMA active head material, providing IP67 mechanical protection against dust and water ingress.
The sensor is designed for ease of installation and connectivity, featuring a 200mm PVC cable with an M12 plug. It also includes essential protective features such as short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection.
