Datasensing QMIHD/0P-0A Sensors

The Datasensing QMIHD/0P-0A Sensors are advanced miniature cubic photoelectric sensors designed for high-performance applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 30 meters and a 2 kHz switching frequency, these sensors offer exceptional background suppression with mechanical adjustment. They are versatile, available in various models including diffuse reflection, polarized, reflective for transparent objects, through-beam, and background suppression. The sensors come with a 2-meter PVC cable and feature a selectable LO/DO output state, ensuring adaptability to different operational needs. Built to withstand challenging environments, the sensors are completely filled with resin (except for background suppression models) to provide complete protection against electrical damages. They are equipped with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, and can operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC. The sensors are designed to handle a load current of up to 100mA with minimal leakage and output voltage drop. The QMIHD/0P-0A Sensors are housed in durable PA66 material with an active head made of PMMA, ensuring robustness and reliability. They are capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and are protected against shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. With an IP67 degree of protection, these sensors are ideal for use in harsh industrial environments. Additionally, they feature LED indicators for status output and stability, providing clear visual feedback during operation.
