The Datasensing QMR7/0N-0F Sensors are compact, high-performance photoelectric sensors designed for precise detection tasks. With a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer a long sensing distance of up to 400mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. They feature a 2 kHz switching frequency and background suppression with mechanical adjustment, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging environments. These sensors are available in a wide range of models, including diffuse reflection with short, medium, and long sensing distances, polarized, reflective for transparent objects, through-beam, and background suppression. They come with either a cable and M8 plug exit or an M8-M12 pig-tail, providing flexibility in installation. The output state is selectable between LO/DO, and the sensors are completely filled with resin for enhanced protection against electrical damages, except for the background suppression models. Key specifications include a nominal sensing distance of 400mm, a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr, and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensors feature a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment and operate on a diffuse reflection principle for medium distances up to 600mm. They are equipped with LED indicators for status output and stability, and offer complete protection with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensors are housed in durable PA66 material with an active head made of PMMA, ensuring robustness and reliability. They are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and are protected against shocks and vibrations according to IEC standards.
