The Datasensing QMR8/0N-0APT Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a miniature cubic design, these sensors utilize diffuse reflection for long-distance detection, with a nominal sensing distance of up to 1 meter. The sensors are equipped with an NPN L/D selectable output type and offer a sensitivity adjustment via a trimmer, ensuring adaptability to various applications.
With a high switching frequency of 1kHz and a rapid response time of 500µs, these sensors are ideal for fast-paced environments. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, consuming a no-load supply current of ?30mA, and can handle a load current of up to 100mA. The sensors are designed with robust protection features, including short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection.
Constructed with durable PA66 housing and a PMMA active head, the sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions, offering mechanical protection rated at IP67. They are resistant to shocks and vibrations, compliant with IEC standards, and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for status output and stability, and they are compatible with EMC standards EN 60947-5-2.
