The Datasensing QMRG/0N-0F Sensors are advanced cubic miniaturized photoelectric sensors designed for high-performance applications. With a long sensing distance and a 2 kHz switching frequency, these sensors offer reliable background suppression with mechanical adjustment. They are available in a wide range of models, including diffuse reflection with short, medium, and long sensing distances, polarized, reflective for transparent objects, through-beam, and background suppression options. These sensors come with either a cable and M8 plug exit or an M8-M12 pig-tail, and feature selectable LO/DO output states. They are completely filled with resin, except for the background suppression models, providing complete protection against electrical damages. The nominal sensing distance is 1.5 meters, with a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. Sensitivity can be adjusted via a trimmer, and the minimum sensing distance (blind zone) is 0.05 meters. Designed for transparent objects, these sensors operate with an NPN L/D selectable output type and function, with a switching frequency of 1 kHz and a response time of 500µs. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The output voltage drop is ?2V@Iload=100mA, with a maximum ripple content of ?10%. The sensors feature yellow LED indicators for status output and have a time delay before availability of ?200ms. They include short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, with emission from a red LED at 630nm. They are resistant to interference from external light up to 3000lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000lux (sunlight), and include impulsive overvoltage protection. With dimensions of 40.6x21x13mm and a weight of 10g, the housing is made from PA66, with an active head material of PMMA. The sensors have a tightening torque of 1Nm and operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, with storage temperatures from -30°C to +80°C. They are CE cULus approved, EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2, and have been tested for shocks and vibrations according to Vibration IEC 60068-2-6 and Shock IEC 60068-2-27 standards. The sensors offer a degree of protection rated at IP67, ensuring mechanical protection in demanding environments.
