The Datasensing QMRHD/0P-0APT Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These miniature cubic sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 20 meters and are equipped with a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment, ensuring optimal performance with a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensors operate on the emitter and receiver principle, with a radial 90° optic position for versatile installation.
With a PNP L/D selectable output type and a switching frequency of 2kHz, these sensors provide rapid response times of 250µs, making them ideal for high-speed operations. They function within an operating voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?45mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensors are designed to minimize power loss, featuring an output voltage drop of ?2V at a load current of 100mA and a leakage current of ?10?A.
Built to withstand challenging environments, the QMRHD/0P-0APT Sensors offer robust protection with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection. They are housed in durable PA66 material with an active head made of PMMA, ensuring mechanical protection up to IP67 standards. The sensors are resistant to shocks and vibrations, complying with IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring, featuring a yellow LED for output status and a green LED for stability. They are capable of operating in a wide temperature range from -25°C to +70°C and can be stored between -30°C and +80°C without freezing. The sensors are also designed to resist interference from external light sources, with a tolerance of up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight.
