The Datasensing QMRHD/0P-0AVE80 Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 20 meters with a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using a trimmer, and the sensor operates on the emitter and receiver principle with a radial 90° optic position. The output type is PNP with L/D selectable functionality, supporting a switching frequency of 2kHz and a rapid response time of 250µs. Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, the sensor ensures efficient performance with a no-load supply current of ?45mA and a load current of ?100mA. It features a low leakage current of ?10?A and an output voltage drop of ?2V at a load current of 100mA. Designed for durability, the sensor includes short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection. It is equipped with LED indicators for status output (yellow) and stability (green). The sensor is housed in robust PA66 material with an active head made of PMMA, ensuring mechanical protection rated at IP67.
