The Datasensing QMRS/0N-0F Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 200mm with a background suppression function, ensuring accurate detection even in challenging environments. The sensors are equipped with an NPN output type that is selectable for light/dark operation, providing flexibility in various applications.
With a high switching frequency of 1kHz and a rapid response time of 500µs, these sensors are ideal for fast-paced industrial settings. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using a trimmer, and the sensors maintain a repeat accuracy of 5%, with a thermal drift of Sr at ?10% Sr. The minimum sensing distance, or blind zone, is 30mm, making them suitable for close-range detection tasks.
Built to withstand harsh conditions, the sensors feature a robust PA66 housing and PMMA active head material, offering mechanical protection rated at IP67. They are designed to operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and can be stored between -30°C and +80°C without freezing. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for status output and provide short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
The QMRS/0N-0F Sensors are compatible with M8 plug 4pin connections and have been approved by CE and cULus, meeting EMC compatibility standards of EN 60947-5-2. They are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards, making them a durable choice for various industrial applications.
