The Datasensing Red LED Emission Sensor is designed for precision and reliability in detecting shiny and clear objects. Featuring a diffused narrow beam with a short sensing distance of 200mm, this sensor is equipped with a double trimmer for adjustable sensitivity and light/dark (L/D) selection. It connects via an M8 4-pin connector, ensuring easy integration into various systems. The sensor offers a nominal sensing distance of 250mm and operates on a diffuse beam principle, with a minimum sensing distance of just 1mm.
Built with a rugged IP67-rated plastic miniature case, it is suitable for harsh environments, providing protection against dust and water. The sensor includes advanced features such as background suppression up to 800mm, polarized retro-reflective detection up to 7m, and through-beam capabilities up to 20m. It supports state-of-the-art IO-Link connectivity, allowing for extended smart tasks and seamless communication.
With a switching frequency of 1kHz and a response time of 500µs, this sensor ensures fast and accurate detection. It operates within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ? 35mA.
