The Datasensing SAT/0N-1K Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection function, these sensors are ideal for short-distance applications up to 200mm. With a nominal sensing distance of 12mm and a repeat accuracy of 5%, they ensure high precision in various industrial environments. The sensors come equipped with a sensitivity adjustment trimmer, allowing for easy customization to suit specific needs. Built with robust materials, including a nickel-plated brass housing and a PMMA active head, these sensors are designed to withstand harsh conditions, offering an IP67 protection degree. They are resistant to electrical damage, with features like short-circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensors operate efficiently within a wide voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The SAT/0N-1K Sensors are equipped with dual LED indicators for power and status output, providing clear visual feedback. They offer a selectable output type (NPN L/D) and function, with a high switching frequency of 1kHz and a rapid response time of 500µs. The sensors are designed to handle interference from external light sources, withstanding up to 3,000 lux from incandescent lamps and 10,000 lux from sunlight. With a compact design measuring 21.4mm x 90mm and weighing 100g, these sensors are easy to install using the M12 plug at a 90° angle. They are supplied with M18 x 1 nuts for secure mounting. The sensors are CE approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications.
