The Datasensing SAT/0P-1C Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These photoelectric sensors feature a diffuse reflection principle, ideal for short-distance detection up to 200mm. With a nominal sensing distance of 12mm, they ensure accurate performance with a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensors come equipped with a sensitivity adjustment trimmer, allowing for fine-tuning to suit specific needs.
Built to withstand harsh environments, the SAT/0P-1C Sensors boast an IP67 protection rating, offering complete protection against dust and water ingress. The robust housing, made from nickel-plated brass with a nylon cable exit, ensures durability and longevity. The sensors are equipped with a 2m PVC cable with a 90° exit, providing flexibility in installation.
The double LED indicators provide clear status updates, with a green LED for power ON and a yellow LED for status output. The sensors offer a selectable NO/NC output function and a PNP L/D selectable output type, providing versatility in integration. With a switching frequency of 1kHz and a response time of 500µs, these sensors are designed for high-speed applications.
