The Datasensing SAT/0P-1K Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These sensors feature a diffuse reflection function, ideal for short-distance detection up to 200mm, with a nominal sensing distance of 12mm. Equipped with a sensitivity adjustment trimmer, they offer customizable performance to suit specific needs. The sensors boast a robust construction with a nickel-plated brass housing and a PMMA active head, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments.
With a double LED indicator for power and status output, users can easily monitor the sensor's operation. The PNP L/D selectable output function provides flexibility in integration, while the NO/NC selectable output enhances versatility. The SAT/0P-1K Sensors are designed to withstand challenging conditions, featuring IP67 protection against dust and water ingress, as well as comprehensive protection against electrical damage, including short-circuit and reverse polarity protection.
These sensors operate efficiently within a wide voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current capacity of ?100mA. The response time is a swift 500µs, and the switching frequency reaches up to 1kHz, ensuring rapid and accurate detection. The sensors are also equipped to handle interference from external light sources, with a tolerance of up to 3,000 lux from incandescent lamps and 10,000 lux from sunlight.
The compact design, with dimensions of 21.4mm x 90mm and a weight of 100g, allows for easy installation in tight spaces. The M12 plug connection at a 90° angle facilitates straightforward integration into existing systems.
