The Datasensing SH4-14-0750-A-12-5 is an advanced safety light curtain designed for optimal finger protection with a resolution of 14 mm and a controlled height of 750 mm. It features an improved operating range of up to 10 meters and offers a variety of standard and advanced functions, including manual and automatic restart, EDM, and multiple muting options such as 2-signals mono and bidirectional muting, partial muting, and dynamic partial muting. The innovative wireless monitoring and configuration system allows for easy setup and management, while the compact profile (35 x 40 mm) ensures seamless integration into any environment.
The SH4-14-0750-A-12-5 is equipped with optical synchronization using 2 beams, and its installation is simplified by LED indications of beam intensity and an integrated laser for alignment. It boasts a zero dead zone and simultaneous muting and blanking capabilities, with an extended monitored height of up to 2250 mm. The device is protected with an IP67 rating, ensuring durability in harsh conditions with an operating temperature range of -30 to +55 °C.
This safety light curtain is designed for high reliability with a SIL3 rating, a PL=e performance level, and a long MTTFd of 43 years.
