The Datasensing SH4-14-2250-A-12-5 is an advanced safety light curtain designed for optimal finger protection with a resolution of 14 mm and a controlled height of 2250 mm. It features an improved operating range of up to 10 meters and offers a variety of standard and advanced functions, including manual and automatic restart, EDM, and multiple muting options such as 2-signals mono and bidirectional muting, partial muting, and dynamic partial muting. The innovative wireless monitoring and configuration system allows for easy setup and adjustments via Wi-Fi. This compact device, with a profile of 35 x 40 mm, is equipped with optical synchronization using 2 beams and provides IP67 protection, making it suitable for harsh environments with operating temperatures ranging from -30 to +55 °C. The SH4-14-2250-A-12-5 is designed with zero dead zones and simultaneous muting and blanking capabilities, ensuring comprehensive safety coverage. Installation is simplified with integrated LED indications for beam intensity and muting status, as well as an integrated laser for alignment. The system is compatible with incandescent lamps or LEDs for muting lamp output and can be cascaded with up to three SH4 units for extended coverage. The package includes complete coupling and angular brackets, and additional muting accessories are available with prewired and preinstalled sensors.
