The Datasensing SP7/0P-0E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection function with a nominal sensing distance of 400mm, these sensors are ideal for long-distance applications exceeding 600mm. The sensors come equipped with a PNP L/D selectable output and a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment, ensuring optimal performance in various environments.
Constructed with a robust PBT/PC housing and PMMA active head material, the SP7/0P-0E sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions, offering IP67 protection against dust and water ingress. The sensors are also equipped with comprehensive electrical protection, including short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, and are capable of operating within a wide voltage range of 10 to 30VDC.
With a high switching frequency of 250Hz and a rapid response time of 2ms, these sensors are perfect for dynamic applications. The LED infrared emission at 880nm ensures reliable performance even in challenging lighting conditions, with resistance to external light interference up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight.
The sensors feature a radial 90° optic position and are designed with side sensitivity adjustment for both axial and right-angle optics. They are CE and cULus listed, ensuring compliance with international safety standards. Additionally, ATEX models for category 3 environments are available upon request.
Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver, the Datasensing SP7/0P-0E Sensors are easy to install and maintain, making them a versatile choice for a wide range of industrial applications.
