The Datasensing SS7/0P-1E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection function with a nominal sensing distance of 400mm, these sensors are ideal for medium-distance applications. The models come with side sensitivity adjustment on both axial and right-angle optics, allowing for flexible installation and operation. The sensors offer LO/DO selectable output and are equipped with a yellow LED status indicator for easy monitoring.
Built to withstand harsh environments, the SS7/0P-1E Sensors boast an IP67 protection degree, ensuring complete protection against electrical damages and environmental factors. They are CE and cULus listed, meeting high safety and quality standards. The sensors are also available in ATEX models, category 3, upon request, making them suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
With a high switching frequency of 250Hz and a fast response time of 2ms, these sensors provide quick and accurate detection. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable performance in various conditions.
Constructed with a durable nickel-plated brass housing and a PMMA active head, the sensors are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. They come with an M12 plug connection and are supplied with M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver for easy installation.
