The Datasensing ST 82 Sensors are designed to provide exceptional performance and versatility for a wide range of industrial applications. Featuring both qHD (960 x 540) and 2MP (1920 x 1080) resolution imager options, these sensors are available in both monochrome and color, ensuring high-quality image capture. The field interchangeable lenses, illuminators, and filters offer flexibility and adaptability to meet specific needs.
With two embedded illuminator sizes, the 14-LED compact and 36-LED high power, these sensors integrate TIR lenses to deliver maximum brightness across the field of view. Available in three different colorswhite, blue, and redthese illuminators enhance visibility and accuracy. The lens options include micro-video (6, 8, 12.5, and 17.5mm) or C-Mount, providing further customization.
The innovative 360° software configurable visual feedback ensures seamless integration and operation. Built to withstand harsh environments, the sensors boast an operating temperature range of -10 to 50 °C (14 to 122 °F) and an IP65/67 rating, making them suitable for top industrial-grade applications. Powered by the IMPACT software suite, the ST 82 Sensors come equipped with over 100 inspection tools and offer add-on licenses to run advanced Datalogic algorithms, ensuring comprehensive and precise inspection capabilities.
